Support for the Works Council (CSE) and collective labour relations in Aix-en-Provence and Paris
The Social and Economic Committee (CSE) is a key player in social dialogue within the company. Its implementation, day-to-day functioning and resulting obligations can be a real challenge for executives, HR managers and employee representatives alike.
Based in Aix-en-Provence and Paris, I support companies at every stage of creating, organising and running the CSE, as well as in their collective labour relations. My approach combines legal rigour, understanding of human dynamics and adaptation to your organisation.
Setting up and organising the CSE
I assist you in organising employee representative elections: setting the timetable, allocating electoral colleges, drafting the pre-election agreement, issuing notices, preparing document templates, managing electronic or in-person voting, handling challenges, and more.
My support ensures a compliant and smooth procedure, in line with legal requirements and deadlines. I also assist upstream to help you anticipate threshold effects (11, 50, 250 employees) and structure social dialogue accordingly.
Operation and obligations of the CSE
Once elected, the CSE is subject to numerous obligations: information and consultation processes, budgets, internal rules, communication with employees, management of delegation hours, social documentation, use of external expertise, etc.
I assist you in setting up the CSE’s operational tools, defining the respective roles (management, employee representatives, CSE secretary), formalising meeting minutes and managing difficulties (conflicts, operational breakdowns, electoral disputes).
Collective bargaining and social dialogue
I also assist you in collective bargaining with employee representatives: working time, remote work, gender equality, QWL (Quality of Work Life), profit-sharing agreements, collective performance agreements, and more.
Every company has its own culture and specific challenges. My role is to provide you with a clear negotiation strategy that complies with your obligations and aligns with your social and economic objectives. I can support your internal negotiators or act as external counsel to management.
