HR audit and processes

Conducting an HR audit provides an objective assessment of social practices and helps identify potential legal risks or internal dysfunctions. This audit may cover employment contracts, remote work policies, working time management, variable compensation, social documentation or managerial practices.
I offer targeted or comprehensive HR audits with concrete, prioritised and directly actionable recommendations. These assignments are particularly useful during growth phases, restructuring, or in preparation for a labour inspectorate or URSSAF audit.

Social dialogue, employee representative elections and Works Council (CSE)

High-quality social dialogue relies on clear roles, compliance with legal obligations and a relationship of trust between management and employee representatives. I support employers in setting up and operating the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), organising employee representative elections, drafting internal regulations, and negotiating collective agreements (working time, remote work, gender equality, etc.).
My aim is to establish constructive social dialogue, tailored to the company’s size and culture, while ensuring full legal compliance in all discussions and decisions.

Managerial coaching & workplace well-being (QWL)

Employment law directly influences managerial practices: working time, professional reviews, disciplinary actions, career development, etc. I support managers and HR teams in building their skills on key employment law and people management topics.
My support may include targeted training, individual consulting or group sessions to strengthen team cohesion. I also assist in developing QWL policies, psychosocial risk prevention measures and HR tools that promote dialogue and recognition at work.
