Objective: benefit from responsive legal and HR support for your day-to-day needs.

Content:

  • Respond quickly to HR emergencies (disciplinary actions, absences, conflicts, sensitive situations) with direct and confidential support.
  • Provide occasional or regular on-site support alongside the executive and their teams.
  • Support meetings and discussions with employees, including during sensitive or exit situations.
  • Prevent psychosocial risks (PSR) and strengthen social dialogue within the company.
  • Secure HR decisions: disciplinary matters, remote work, working time, payroll, Works Council (CSE)…
  • Train or advise managers on managerial posture and employment law best practices.

Objective: ensure compliance and legal security in your employment relationships.

Content:

  • Analyse litigation risks related to HR practices, internal procedures or sensitive decisions.
  • Manage employee departures: negotiated exit strategies, mutually agreed termination or settlement agreements.
  • Calculate the total cost of an exit (compensation, charges, financial impact).
  • Socially optimise the exit by balancing legal security with a human approach.
  • Conduct internal investigations (harassment, alerts, interpersonal conflicts) in a confidential and compliant framework.
  • Represent and defend the company before the Labour Court in case of litigation.
  • Provide post-litigation recommendations to prevent recurrence of risks.
